What size storage unit do I need?
Whether you’re looking to remove clutter to organize or stage your home for sale or storing all the contents of your home or a business storing records and materials, we have a storage unit to fit your needs. To help determine which size unit you need, see our Size Guide. Still not sure which size you need? Contact our office and we will help you determine the best unit to fit your needs.

What documentation do I need to rent a storage unit?
You will need a government issued ID card and a valid Credit Card.

Do you have Outdoor Parking?
Yes. We offer outdoor parking spaces that are 12’ wide and vary in length. We have a large turn around space for easy maneuverability. All outdoor parking units must be in good operating condition, with current registration and insurance.

Do I need to have insurance?
Yes. You are responsible for the items that you store with us and insurance for your stored belongings is required. You may be covered under an existing insurance policy. Be sure to check with your insurance company to verify that your items are protected while in storage and provide us with proof of your insurance. For those without insurance coverage, or if you’re looking for a little more protection, we offer storage protection through a third-party company. Our Tenant Protection Plan requires no deductible and is available in various levels of coverage at an affordable price. For more information check out our Tenant Protection.

Do you offer month to month rentals?
Yes, our storage unit lease agreements are month to month. If you are interested in long-term storage, a discount may be available for paying for a longer lease period.

When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first of every month.

Do you provide automatic payment arrangements?
Yes, we encourage all our customers to take advantage of our secure automated payment options. We accept all major credit cards as well as ACH payments without any additional fees.

Do you have gated access?
Yes. Our facility offers secure access with electronic codes. We also offer mobile gate access via text messaging.

When can I access my storage unit?
Our coded access gate hours are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Do you offer truck rentals?
Yes. We are a proud Penske agent offering local round trips rentals for in town moves or one-way moves with unlimited miles. You may start the rental process online here or call our office to assist you.

Can I rent a unit online?
Yes, our website offers secure online reservations and online rentals. To rent a unit online select Rent Now and complete the process. For the safety and security of our existing customers, we ask that you visit our office prior to moving in to receive your gate access code. At that time, we will need you to provide identification and confirmation of payment method used.

Do you provide locks?
For the security of your belongings, we ask that our tenants use a disc lock to secure their unit. We sell new, sealed in package disc locks in our office. Each lock has its own set of keys which you keep.

Do you have hand trucks?
Yes, you are welcome to borrow our hand trucks. Please be sure to return it when you are done.

Do you have pest control?
Yes, our facility is serviced by a pest control company on a monthly basis.

What is the Move-Out process?
We require 10 days written notice to move out and ensure you are not billed for another month. Please be sure to completely empty your unit and sweep it out. Remember to take your lock with you and let us know that you are completely moved out so we may stop your billing.

No, we are a locally owned and operated facility. Our family lives right here in the Greenacres neighborhood. Stop in and visit us today, we love meeting our neighbors!
